Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè (/ˈfèzɪ/ /ˈrɘtɪ/ [stupid; dumb; silly] [century]) is a temperate Town located in the Mèrevaqêyê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè was founded by Azros Glkêbêbm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè receives an average of 282 cm/y (111 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1696 m (5564 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 18th century in late spring of the year 1709, by Azros Glkêbêbm. The establishment of Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè is is constructed arround a series of premissive cobblestone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. The exceptionaly well made fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look around Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè gives the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè brings to mind.
Civic Infrastructure
Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè's parks.
Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè.

Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè's natural decorations nor waterways.
Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.
Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Fèzî-rêtî Dêtîkè's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.
